This is in no particular order:
-I'm healthy. This is especially good since I can't really afford health insurance
-LGBT equality has taken some very important steps forward this year. DADT is dead, marriage equality has spread to New York state and been (at least temporarily) protected in Iowa, Michigan will be protecting its LGBT youth in schools, and some good news in North Carolina.
-Even though it crushes my soul at times, I have a job that pays the bills and keeps a roof over my head in these turbulent economic times.
-The Green Bay Packers are still undefeated (although we play the Detroit Lions at Detroit today after two short weeks in a row).
